Pay attention to what they give you! Several times my people and I have gotten home just to find out that they gave us down graded versions of the priducts we asked for and paid for. When I started checking everything before leaving I was able to point out that they "made a mistake" again, gave me something other than what I asked for and went even further to ask, please be sure that I receive what I'm paying for but still was given a low graded version once again. When I pointed the mix up out to the female, she caught herself a big attitude while she was switching my products out for the things I originally asked for... Made me start thinking that all these incidents were unlikely mistakes to begin with... 💯

Awesome location and great service. I'm greeted with smiles every time I visit. The entire staff is amazing and their prices are very good. The foot traffic speaks for itself (they are always busy, yet very fast with service)! I highly recommend this location

This is to the FLINT DACUT...LOVE LOVE LOVE YOUR SELECTIONS! line moves great. cashiers (accidentally dropped my phone😄) are wonderful with their knowledge, so kind. i like that we can tip them as they deserve it! I am wondering whats up with point system not working tho? I look forward to redeem if in need and i really appreciate the point system. Best of all you always have great deals!

I used to like this place a lot. Pros: Clean store, competitive prices, and most of the staff is very friendly. Parking lot is much better since it was repaved last year. Cons: Their online system is garbage. It never accurately reflects what is in stock so at least 85% of the time I order edibles online, they call me to tell me they don't have what the website says they have. (But you can't get the discounts if you don't order online). They often forget to send the text message that says an order is ready, so I won't receive it until 6-8 hours after ordering, even when it’s been ready for hours. Twice now they claim to have never received my online order and when I show them the confirmation number I received proving that I placed the order, they tell me that number doesn't help them and I have to go online to reorder. Then why do they use a system that sends confirmation numbers if they're useless? They stopped delivering for med patients, they stopped taking debit cards, and their ATM now charges a percentage fee instead of flat fee so that I was charged $6.50 for removing cash last time. I've never paid more than $3.50 anywhere else. They are so busy since they started taking rec patients and the business cannot streamline their processes. Most of the employees also have trouble using the computer as it seems to change frequently and they nearly always have problems applying loyalty discounts. I've tried curbside pick up twice and both times I was completely ignored for over 1/2 hour (with ZERO other cars waiting for curbside pickup), so I had to go in and wait in line in addition to waiting outside to pick up. Yesterday was the last straw. I spend nearly $500/month here buying for my husband who is recovering from a major organ transplant and for myself to deal with my auto-immune disorder and mental illness. I am dealing with a lot of stress and the tall Asian woman who was supposed to help me was so rude to me, as if it's MY fault that their system sucks and not her employer's fault. I only hope someone treats her with the same kindness she gave me when she’s going through one of the hardest times of her life. Why are people SO angry and cruel for no reason these days?? I have family out in the suburbs that I visit once a week so I'll be buying from one of the Puff or Cloud dispensaries out there. The prices are nearly the same, the area is clean, there are no metal detectors, their online ordering system works correctly, and the workers aren't rude to sick people just trying to get their meds. If you're a rec patient with no other options and don't mind waiting in excessively long lines, this is your place. It’s a shame that the people of Detroit aren’t given better options.

This was my first time going. The service is great! The products are on point. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My person was Loni. She was very helpful and asked me all the right questions so I could buy the rite products I definitely will be going back.
