This was my third time visiting this location. I did have another one that was .7 miles closer to my home; but I went out of the way because of how I was treated previously. Two of those times the manager Gary has assisted me. Each visit has been pleasant! The staff is friendly and educational. Gary went out of his way to help with my many questions. I think the extra kindness they show is worth going literally the extra mile for well almost mile. I will be returning there for all my smoking needs. They have a cigar or tobacco section in the back. And a lot of stuff was on sale even thought the prices were already good. On the side, I just want to say thank you Gary making my day better!

I come here quite often for vapes or batteries. Always a very pleasant atmosphere with fun music and friendly staff. Especially Dena and Raven have been awesome to me. They are so kind and very knowledgeable of the products they have in store. Would recommend 10/10. Thanks for reading my review.

This store on Garfield is horrible. Always out of cartons. Never had either of my 2 fav Brands of cigs and always has little 18 yr old flighty air head goth girls that don't smoke working. Their other store at groesbeck is great though

Gary was so patient and helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I was taken care of! He also helped me “sign up” for rewards, in order to get a discount- I was so grateful because I didn’t know about the reward program. Good job, WildBills, thanks for renewing my hope with retail services!!

No matter what time of day I come to this location I'm always met with friendly staff, a clean store, and a great selection. You won't be disappointed if you shop here. Shout out to Dina, Gary, and Raven for excellent customer service!
