Worse!!!! Try another agency! Employees are not in harmony with each other. Everyone seem to have their own recommendations when it come to you renewing your certification. They take forever to process your information but quick to take your information and payment. I called twice about the same issue. Keep in mind this was within a week apart. Spoke to Page recently she didn’t want to provide me with her manager’s information. The way that this practice is operating is a customer affairs concern.

Once I actually got to meet with the doctor through a telehealth consult, it was perfectly fine. However, I had a significant problem with scheduling the appointment. Somehow the appointment got changed without my input, so I spent an hour on the phone when I originally scheduled the appointment trying to get the attention of the doctor doing the visits. I got no response to multiple chat input to try to resolve why I was not on the schedule for when I originally made the appointment. When the doctor finally sent me the telephone number for the call center to resolve the scheduling problem, I got a very rude customer service agent who essentially refused to acknowledge that they could have changed my appointment without input from me. She then promised to have a supervisor call me back to resolve what had happened and the supervisor never called me back. While the appointment with the doctor when it finally happened was fine, the process to find out why and when my appointment was rescheduled wasted a lot of my time and was incredibly frustrating. If you are going to have a totally virtual process for conducting these visits with Green Health Docs, you need a backup process so that when problems arise, there is someone to talk to to resolve the problem.

There easy to use website was convenient to schedule an appointment and virtual doctor visits make it safe to see the Doctor. Thanks again 👍
