You won't find a more friendly staff. One star off because while they have a massive selection, it's a bit too much to the point where good quality products seem to get a little lost in a sea lower quality items. The staff is amazing though, they will help you sort out what is best for your needs, or help you find anything if you're looking for something specific. Prices are reasonable, except the art glass. Those prices are 5-10x higher than what I'd consider reasonable for some pieces. Beautiful work, but I'm not sure how many people will be spending upwards of 5,000 for an art piece.

I was helped by Sean and Joshua. They were both kind, helpful and made the shopping experience fun in the store. I've purchased a lovely birthstone ring here and two key chains that look great. Its really nice to see Webster square and the city of Worcester cleaning/fixing up the main roads appearances.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Was able to get in and out very quickly although with so many items to look at I'll definitely be going back when I've got more time to shop for some of the items only typically seen online.

Had a very good selection of a huge amount of stuff! Really cool store - unfortunately, you see it in the markup in the prices. I'll still visit there every once in a while, though, no doubt!
