NETA is a passionate group of patient advocates, experienced professionals, industry leaders and philanthropists. We have come together to improve the quality of patients' lives through personalized care and the best in the art and science of medical marijuana. We provide registered patients in Massachusetts with first-rate marijuana therapies at our registered medical marijuana dispensaries in Brookline and Northampton. Our state-of-the-art cultivation facility in Franklin grows and processes all of NETA's products. From seed to patient, we do it all right here in Massachusetts. Love NETA! Never had an issue and staff (in person and VIA email) are always quick to respond and every bit helpful. Love that its medical AND offers medical delivery. The point system is gaaame changer. My only gripe? When going to NETA the exit door is confusing/it takes you by surprise at first. But now im a seasoned NETA "flyer" and its like rolling a blunt-confusing at first but now i can do it in my sleep.

Okay, so the people are nice. Weed carts are okay, the prerolls burn quickly. Baptize it forst and it smokes more even. I'm allergic to the ice cream. Looks good. great chocolate edibles. The apex carts leak. Like really bad leak. I'm thinking this needs to be fixed. I have to wipe it off on a rag or it ends up everywhere. Rubbing alcohol. They have been on heck of a sale price. I'm thinking they need to restock with new ones. I did end up with 2 1 grams 2 months in a row thinking it was me who broke the cart. Nope. This month it was cracked again and I returned it. East same day exchange.

I have been on hold with the Northampton location for over 20+ minutes trying to speak with an employee about my order. I understand the store is busy but there should be someone able to answer phones in a timely manner. Calling back to back but not being able to reach anyone is ridiculous and is not good customer service. There has to be another way to contact them about your order that is faster. I did email as well!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff in an organized and professional business. May just be the best-run business (of any kind) that I use. Also, medical marijuana patients have reserved parking and are served first. Definitely recommend.

Miguel knows customer service. Being a senior citizen and a woman going into a cannabis shop is intimidating. He made my visits stress-free and so delightful! He was patient and kind. Very knowledgeable in product. I would highly recommend this store and Miguel. 😊
