3.7 IF I could give it. Used to be the best place, now its just overpriced (as far as concentrate goes some the bud prices aren't that bad) :(, found out they got rid of their flight discount (AND later i found out the got rid of wax Wednesday too) today, ended up wasting a trip there getting nothing and i don't live very close either. I don't really see a reason for going back there at the moment personally unless there's a sale going on, I don't think they even do the weekend special menu anymore. i wouldn't recommend anyone going there (even medical patients (i am one)) unless they have some giant sales going on at the time. And don't get me wrong, I love the quality of their stuff, id give it a 4/5, and id give the staff a 4/5, its just the price is 2/5 compared to other place closer to me in Northampton. Its too bad to, i used to only go there exclusively for like a year, the staff is awesome there and besides one lady I've had a great experience with a lot of them. Too bad i probably wont be seeing them much if at all anymore :(

I LOVE Insa! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient . The rewards program is wonderful, there’s plenty of parking and the store is clean, bright and well organized. I always shop the grower’s reserve menu and haven’t been disappointed ever. My new favorite is Mary, very tasty and an awesome buzz! Keep up the good work! Insa is the best around and my #1 favorite

I don’t live in Mass but I have been driving to Insa in Springfield for a few years and always have a great experience. Everyone is friendly upbeat and helpful. Tonight I went to the Easthampton location because they have items that the Springfield store doesn’t carry. After driving almost 2 hours to get there I encountered the rudest, most unprofessional clerk behind the register. He spoke to me like I was a child and raised his voice. I’ve never been treated so poorly and I would like for someone at Insa’s Corporate Office to contact me. You do not want people like that representing your company.

The easthampton INSA is my dispensary of choice, always very clean and the staff is wonderful. Vaughn helped me at my most recent visit and they were so helpful and kind! Always a great experience
