I really like that they will ensure the product has no malfunctions prior to the final sale. I bought an expensive device recently and the salesman checked that the battery worked, checked the coils were safely operating, made sure there were no cracks in the glass. I felt I left with a lot of more product knowledge than I had prior to entering. If you’re picky and want to take your time with selection, this is a good place. I appreciate how knowledgeable the staff were.

Absolutely awesome experience. Employee was friendly and knowledgeable. Took our piece apart and showed us how to put it together. Did not feel rushed or pressured about anything. Will definitely be back!

Jay the man that is almost always working was super helpful. He found the perfect piece in my price range and even helped me with swapping pieces to make this a great piece to smoke out of. I highly recommend coming to smoke & more. Next time I am in the area I’m stopping in to get something.

the employee who works there-but is not the owner-is so helpful and nice!! He has helped my boyfriend and I multiple times, we’ve come back quite frequently. Will be going back for all our smoking needs! Below I have attached some photos of the items we’ve gotten from there
