Went to grab a few things at this smoke shop (Cambridge Central Square location) and there was a sign on the door that said “be back in 5 minutes, thank you.” I waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up. Stay classy Bluemoon Smoke Shop!

I went to smoke shop to buy a cigarette.I asked him cigarette but the guy was suddenly rude to me.he came to discuss with me when I asked him for cigarette????Someone who was gave him job need to be very careful.You loose your customer. And he need to be taken at mental. I will never and ever goes there to buy anything.I recommend to everyone who lives in cambridge not to go there. Feel very disappointed ,and bad very experience. This man needs to be treat soon please.

Not the best customer service, expired hemp drinks. Do not recommend. Much better shops around, wish the people working there had the answers to my questions. Pricing not bad but i would pay way more if they had better service

Selected this place over others due to location and reviews. Ran out of supplies while on my trip. Guy at the counter new more about everything than I did. I try to be fully informed before buying what I need. Some things were more expensive than what I normally pay, but what I did buy was priced appropriately. If I lived here I’d shop here frequently. 5 stars

Professional, Knowledgeable, Helpful, Timely, and Friendly. On my first visit they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the product began to malfunction (manufacturing error), but I brought it back a few days after purchase and they immediately swapped my vape out for a new one. Again, they were very friendly, timely, and knowledgeable. I will come back to this shop again and again. Late hours too!
