I bought 2 vapes from here, when opened them and vaped they would stay fired up so I came in to try to exchange them the guy there said the best he could do was give me a discount on the next one i spent $43 on 2 bad vapes all he can do was a discount

So I go to this place all the time, have spent hundreds of dollars there and I recently bought a $50 Smok that just stopped working a week and a half after I bought it. When I went in to exchange it they told me they could not refund or exchange for a working one bc it had been 17 days and they only guarantee their products for 14 days...after the amount of business I've given them I'm extremely disappointed. No where else has a 14 day return policy for defective products.
