No refunds is a huge turn off for me especially when I realized I was sold the wrong battery before even getting back in the car

Went in to upgrade to a better mod. Told the guy what I wanted and he would not stop pushing another one on me. Once at the register I got a bottle of juice and I asked since it was a kit I have everything in there that is needed. He stated correct. so after paying over $100 bucks when i get home and open box to get everything setup guess what no battery. Now I have to make another trip because he didnt know what he was selling or just lied.

This place is a rip off, 1 employee in store, had to wait 6 minutes to be waited on. Then he gives me the wrong coils. When I come back 10 minutes later he doesn't even recognize me. Then apologized for giving me the wrong coils but says they have a no refund policy. Wouldn't trade me for the right coils either. Says I can talk to manager tomorrow. Whatever, just lost my business!

Utterly horrible went in to look into vaps and was completely ignored asked a few simple questions and was not answered only to be suggested a different product and then the associate decided to walk away..... will definitely not come back better yet will mention the vape shop across the way who helped us and had way better customer service then this place does
