I don’t give the store enough credit every time I walk into it, has a different atmosphere and vibe compared to any smoke shop in Lexington. Discounts,Sales ect.are just bonuses.I’m still satisfied with my Focus V and Gravity hookah. Such a totally wicked store…. Dey tha pluuug🔌🔥🙌🏽

He is extremely knowledgeable and an extraordinary professional. I highly recommend visiting The Botany Bay. This was my first visit and they now have a customer for life!

I have been going to the Botony Bay for many years. Since the owner, I think that her name is Jenny, opened her first store in Richmond in the '90s with her first husband. I have been a loyal customer there since the very beginning. I have bought all kinds of stuff there over the years. From Richmond to Winchester Road, to Woodhill, to Alexandria. I bought my Mighty+ there. Many of my favorite things. Last month I went in to get some accessories for my Puffco Peak Pro. The salesman sold me a new glass for it that I was happy to buy. I bought a couple of other things and my $65 Puffco glass. He spent time telling me that this glass was just as good as the Name Brand Puffco glass it was just cheaper. I went straight home and tried it out. Much to my dismay IT DIDN'T FIT IN MY PUFFCO! I tried VERY hard to put it in, but it just didn't fit. I called the next day and explained the situation and was told to bring in the glass with my Puffco and they would exchange it if they couldn't get it to work. I live in Mount Sterling, so the next time I was in Lexington I took everything to Botony Bay. When I got there I started speaking to a really nice guy, I think that his name was Zach, and he also had a Puffco and we had a very good conversation. I showed him the issue, and he quickly saw the problem and was like yeah, let me get the manager and she can take care of it. We continued talking while I waited, still having a good conversation. The manager, we will call her Whitney, because I think that is her name. She comes out of the back, and immediately tells me that this glass has been used, she can tell, she isn't giving me a refund. Well, Whitney, had you asked I only wanted a glass that fit, not a refund. When I SHOWED HER that the glass couldn't possibly fit or be used she told me, "It's been used for something!" I asked her how. It doesn't fit the device that it was sold to me for. When faced with me showing her that it ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T FIT she doubled down and threatened to call the police. I told them that they could keep the glass and left it on the counter. What was I going to do with it? This happened on Sunday, March 3rd 2024. I have been calling since then to speak to the owner about the situation and she either doesn't care or believes Whitney. Either way, I won't be treated like this and called a liar. Keep your fake non-fitting glass. You have lost a loyal customer.

Well dang what can I say but it's the best damn store in town! Just wait till we are fully legal. Everything you could want or need right here.love the store and atmosphere.
