If I could rate 0 stars I would, went in to ask some questions about CBD and the employee Jake was completely rude and unprofessional. He told me to get out of the store after asking a few simple questions since I’m new to this scene. Also had to wait about 5 minutes for him to even come to the front of the store, he was sitting on his phone in the back.

Wow. I've been a customer for years. The conduct of this management recently has made me want to never come back again. The long gross paragraph on several reviews is absolutely disgusting. I'll be screenshotting this and sharing with all my friends. That's really unfortunate the way you've chose to treat these people and the one you're mad at. Edit: I'm not sure who you're referring to. This isn't a fake profile. What fake profile has this many reviews? Goodness. Just nasty customer service.

In the past I've been here and really had no issues but the last 6 months have been hell. I bought a mod from then called a drag that seem like it was cool at first but every time I bought a coil for it it seemed like it didn't want to work. After purchasing several coils and realizing that it's probably the mod itself I just gave up on it. Last night I went in and bought a disposable one call Hyde and it hit just fine before leaving the store but when I woke up this morning it didn't work at all. Went to go see about exchanging it or returning it since I had only hit a total of maybe 20 times and I get the fact that all sales are final but they were unable to exchange it or anything of that sort. I'm usually not one to complain about things but it seems like a pretty dumb ways of $22 on something that's really not my fault at all. I feel like they could definitely work on their exchange policy at least. Wasn't asking for a refund by any means but would like to be able to get something that works.

They should change the name to the not so nice guys. This place has horrible management they DO NOT back the products that they sell and expect their employees to deal with angry customers for $10.00 an hour. No wonder the turnover rate is so high. Also I read the replies from the owners to some of the reviews that were left there is no ownership or responsibility taken by the owners for the feedback given by former customers this speaks volumes about how they feel about the customers. Save your time and MONEY and go anywhere else but here. Editing to say: I'm not really sure why you are calling out someone else on a review that I posted. I WAS a customer and I had problems with product that was purchased from YOUR stores. So all you did as an "owner" was prove my statement of NOT taking ownership or responsibility of the feedback by the public.
