don't really get the bad reviews, oh no a head shop isn't run by the most hardworking and dedicated workers of all time. I don't care. I wanted a water pipe at a good price, they had the selection, the staff was friendly, and I got a good deal. The old standby for a reason, I haven't found another head shop I like as much around here.

I HATE, I repeat HATE spending my hard earned money at this place. Attitude of the employees is ridiculous. I understand an employee or two having a hard day, but almost every single time I come in the employees are hostile and seem to act like they have just done 20 hours of hard manual labor. Almost EVERY TIME. Today a very nice, and i assume new employee helped me with my transaction. He was very helpful. Much better help than ANY other time I've came here. I only made this review because he deserves the appreciation.

A bit disappointed. I tried a few things recommended by an employee and neither had any real effect on me. The only item that worked was a brand I was already familiar with. Prices are okay, though not noteworthy, and I'm disappointed the employee recommendations were a fail.

You know I overlooked it when the store was totally empty and they were out of a lot of basic items. I even managed to buy some glass even though most of their rigs were old fashioned and ugly/boring, but when the cashier charged me twice because he said his terminal was acting up and the “manager” I spoke to after my credit card co. notified me said he didnt know how to fix it because the bank usually does it for them (disputes) I draw the line. I will NEVER shop here again and it won’t be hard because the store was frankly depressing.Cashier failed to mention the points program despite my spending a little under a hundred dollars! Had shopped here before and it wasn’t remarkable. This place has definitely fallen off.
