We've been using Blue River for several years. Their service is beyond measure. They helped advise when a friend needed some equipment for an aging parent. Several times we've gotten calls in off hours because an Rx was called in that was important. They were in prepping for the next day and called to see if we wanted to pick it up. Always friendly and kind. I've never had anything less than a truly positive experience. Support this local business.

If I could give zero I would. Do not use unless you HAVE to, and if using insurance; wait until it clears insurance before providing any money to them. They attempted to steal money from the insurance company, and have stolen money from me. They refuse to pay it back, even though they received the EOB stating that I did in fact owe nothing for my device. Insurance even confirmed with them. Edit: INSURANCE SAID I OWED NOTHING AND YOU WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY. I do believe your response of, "[y]our insurance controls everything including what you have to pay - we don’t set that price your insurance does" does in fact confirm my statement. Why are you keeping my money if insurance is stating I do not owe anything? Literally months of going back and forth, and this issue still is not resolved. Insurance even called to ask why you weren't billing correctly or returning my money. You stated you would. You still have not!

Excellent service. No pharmacy is perfect, but this is the best in Brownsburg. Pricing is competitive and they take most insurances.
