The absolute best vape store in Chicago hands down. No one is doing what they’re doing in terms of educating their customers, mixing the vape products for their customer, and their customer service. In the 2 years I’ve been going here I’ve only had one issue and the employee immediately went above and beyond this morning for me. Will shop here no matter what area of Chicago I live in, this is THE spot

Where can I even begin? A huge shout out to Dalhila. Very accommodating and helpful throughout this entire process. I live in Canada and needed an order picked up by someone in Chicago. Dalhila went above and beyond expectations to assist me. Communication and customer service skills were phenomal. Would highly recommend this store to all family and friends. Keep up the great work.

I bought a vape in January. I definitely bought the same one I tried from friends. Whatever liquid we poured, it was always delicious(friends same vape) !!The vape that I bought in this store started leaking literally in the !!!first five minutes!!! after it was installed in the store and filled with liquid. I thought it was temporary, but I smoked and all the liquid came out, including with the smoke. I couldn't use my vape from the first day of my purchase, although I paid $150 for it. Bad experience.
