I’ve been going to this Vape shop exclusively since I got to Pocatello 8 months ago. They have incredible service, their point system is awesome, and their product line is exquisite. I’m a personable person and a lot of folks act like it’s cringe, but these people at this shop have been very warm and receptive to my constant talking and blithering on. Thank you guys for great service. Also, It’s right off the freeway exit so for those traveling, it’s great.

On 2-4-24 was my first time going here and it was very pleasant! Nathan was very nice to me and answered all my questions and gave me time to look and make a decision on what I wanted because there is such a large selection to choose from. Today 2-14-24 Nathan and Casey are on shift and treated me with kindness and helped me make a decision on a vape. Because of Nathan's customer service I returned and shall go back again! Thank you Nathan for being awesome!

Rhianon was extremely quick and thorough to explain the differences in coils and juices that I didn't understand. She did an awesome job, and was extremely informative, leading me in the right direction for the coil I needed for my preference in juice.

I stopped in here while driving through to purchase and a new vape. I usually buy Orion. They were 20.99 a piece here which I guess is normal. Where I'm from they have about 30 plus different flavors and they are two for $20. They also only had about three flavors in this shop. I opted for a Hyde which was only new $4.99. The flavor is okay but I would have much rather had my usual. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
