If i could give a negative i would.. its sad that ive been coming here for years and ive watched it go down the drain.. idk who is hiring and training these people but something has taken change.. the heavier white girl that was working Thursday needs some serious retraining. I’ve worked in this industry for years and she has absolutely no clue what she is talking about. If the owner wants me to call and explain id be happy to.

Shayla and Carla (I hope I got their names right) are the absolute best! I've been here a few times when other people were working, and they just aren't as friendly. Prices and selection are the best in Wahiawa, and the hours are super convenient.

Customer service and representatives have nasty attitudes. Acting impatient and yelling at customers. If it were possible I leave a -5 review. Not supporting this store anymore. I’d recommend Volcanoes vape shop, where customers are greeted with smiles and pleasant, polite attitudes.
