kala’i was so kind and helpful. He apologized for not having what I was looking for and he gave me great advice about what to do in the local area. I bought something just because he was so great! Otherwise I would’ve given it zero stars if I could because Jole (short woman with dark hair) was horrible. If “fake nice” was a person, it would be her. She must own the place because I can’t imagine anyone who would hire her. Not coming back because of her.

Upon walking in the front door, I was greeted by an associate. Ivan After explaining what I was looking for (upgrading my module) Ivan proceeded to show me different adapters & pieces for my unit. I was sooo impressed with his customer service! He’s of a younger generation then myself & I didn’t expect the outstanding service from him. He assisted me down to picking the juice. I walked out with a big smile on my face not only because of how badass my unit looked but because of the customer service provided by Ivan! Props to you!

This is one of my favorite head shops on island. The quality of glass they have, how clean, and organized the store is really stands out in a positive way compared to shops in town which makes it worth driving all the way to Kapolei to check this place out and the customer service was stellar! The two girls working the last time I went were so friendly and the atmosphere was 🤙🏻chill.
