So friendly, so kind and understanding. They also are one of the only compounding pharmacies left on Oahu if not the only…so, do support them to keep them in business! We have used ElixRx pharmacy many times for medications for our pets as prescribed by our veterinarian, and found them to be excellent. They have a very nice and helpful staff that communicate well, and provide efficient and fast service. Many times we have received same day service. They are very customer oriented.

Jake is amazing very helpful and actually cares if his customers get their needed medication, he always helps me when i cant get a much needed prescription refill on time from my doctor's! Maria she is hands down the best as well!!! I know this is a family pharmacy and I don't know who's related and how but Maria is the best, she handles 98% of my stuff. She always calls or faxes over requests for me, she doesn't hesitate in helping with whatever I need and always goes out of her way for me!!! Thank you Jake and Maria you are both Rockstars!!!

I scheduled to get a COVID test at this location today at 11:30am. I was told by one of the ladies in the front that my appointment time didn't matter and had to wait in line regardless. I work full time at a nursing home and don't have time to wait in line which is why I made a appointment in the first place. Will not be coming back to this location for any of my medical needs
