Went to the Kailua location tonight. Google said ya’ll close at 8 but i was so happy they were open till 9. Service was fast and friendly as usual at this location.

Customer service with Amber F. was excellent. She was patient with my boyfriend and took time explaining all the different models, their different preferences, and accessories. She took her time even though there were other customers and didn’t rush us just to get a sale. Would definitely recommend this location for future customers.

Even tho I hate that there no store on Windward side anymore I still will always come to volcano service from staff members has never been rude. Came by pearl ridge around 6. The lady who helped me was great and very knowledgeable.
