Purchased a hookah for $125.00 on a Saturday evening and when opened box realized there was a piece missing. Tried calling store but it was closed. Called that Sunday morning and was told to bring in the hookah. When I get to the store, I’m told the hookah would be replace but they had to order it. Left my number as I was told I would be contacted but never received a call back for pickup. Called today and now I’m being told I cannot get a new hookah, the piece missing or a refund!!!! AGAIN WE PAID $125.00 FOR A HOOKAH THAT’S MISSING AN IMPORTANT PIECE! Was told over the phone that my number was given to the owner and “she would call at her leisure”..In other words don’t expect a call. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE! Very poor customer service AND INCOMPLETE PIECES TO ITEMS SOLD!!

This gem is a HIDDEN treasure. It's behind Home Spun and easy to miss. The staff here is always so friendly and willing to help. They have shelves and shelves of selections, so recommendations are definitely appreciated. They have fantastic prices, join the rewards program - it's worth it!!

I can’t make another review so I’m going to add to this one.. this is the best shop ever! Always have what I need, always make sure I get the best deals/rewards and every person there is so nice and knowledgeable! Pic added because it’s like Christmas in a bag!😍😍 I absolutely LOVE this shop and every single employee! I started having trouble finding my juice a while back and stumbled upon this shop. Thankfully, they had my juice and I asked if they would be able to keep it in stock (I buy numerous bottles at a time) which they have. Ever since my first visit they have gone above and beyond to make sure they have numerous bottles for me, make sure I get my points and get the best deal at every visit. I haven’t been to another shop since! If you haven’t visited this shop you’re missing out!
