This has to be the best Vape Shop in Georgia! I visited once as a passer by and picked up the "Banana Foster Deluxe" which is their own house made juice. This has got to be the best one that I've had since I've started vaping! However, I live in McDonough, Ga and dont get to go here much. Although, with their kindness they have been able to ship their juice straight to my doorstep! Overnight shipping has to be the best part about this place and I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone within the area or even across town to visit or just get their juices from! The store itself has a relaxed and welcoming vibe, while being pleasing to the eye. The staff is friendly in a genuine way, and always have answers for any questions that come their way. Customer service is definitely tops. It's so nice I like to just hang out there and chat for hours sometimes, it's just that chill. Prices are great, and everything behind the counter is quality. I highly recommend making this your regular destination for your vaping needs.

Went in today to purchase a vape. Knew next to nothing when I walked into this store. The young man spent over 2 hours with myself and my daughter. Left feeling like I had made a knowledgeable decision and didn't get robbed either. Great prices and the best customer service I've seen in a long time. I will be going regularly to purchase coils and juice. Thanks for the amazing service and patience you showed today. 05/13/2019 - I went back for my second vape and again, just the best. I'll be moving out of state soon, but will be ordering my juice from them and having it shipped to me. Thanks again for your outstanding customer service.

I wanted to stop by after work to pick up a new cart. It was close to close so I called ahead. The worker was super friendly and even offered to stay open a little late so I wouldn't feel the need to rush. When I got there he had what I wanted ready behind the counter and recommended some great products to try if I enjoyed this one. Definitely will we coming around regularly

Every time I come here I have a great experience. All my questions are answered so I can try new brands and flavors comfortably. Yesterday, I purchased a bottle of mango juice and mistakingly received tobacco instead. Even though I had opened the bottle, they were willing to exchange it for the one I wanted. No hassle! Another local vape shop sold me expired juice and refused to make it right, so I’m glad I found The Heated Coil!
