I was told last week my order will be processed and if it doesnt get processed I will be refunded but nothing happened. The number on website doesnt work and so does the google number. What an excellent customer service is this where the customer doesnt gets his order even after paid in full. Its been 3 weeks nothing has been done. Never shop from such stores who doesnt know how to value their customers. I am pretty sure those 5 star reviews are written by known associates of the shop just to keep their business running. I regret shopping from such store who doesnt value their customers

I ordered the tulsi pan masala. The website said each box contains 48 packets. I ordered six packets when I got them they only contain 24 packets. I reached out to the company. They said they would refund me half the price but over a week later no refund I would avoid buying from them at any cost.

Don’t shop here at all, the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful, especially the old man who makes paan. The son is also the same, no greeting nor hello. They don’t deserve our business, even this one star rating is more for their unprofessionalism.

I order a bunch of items for them to be delivered to NC, and when I received the package it was incomplete with 3 items missing even though they have charged me for it. They have now promptly fixed the issue and they mailed me my missing items ASAP. Thanks

I rarely leave reviews unless i have had a really bad experience or a really good one. In this case it was an amazing experience. I love paan corner! They have the best customer service and fastest delivery. My package got lost by the shipping carrier and paan corner helped locate it. They are one of the few stores that have great customer service in this industry.
