Customer service is not a part of this stores values. Tell me how there is a big sign in the front window that advertises ALL delta 8 products by one get the next 50 percent off and then not honor it. Telling me that the discount is only on certain items. False advertisement. I drop about $200 a week there but no more. Go up the road to hywaze. They are always friendly, honor their advertising and go out of there way to make sure you leave happy

My first visit was at the OBT location. The employee there was fabulous!! He informed me there was a location right around the corner from me near UCF. He was super helpful!! Then I visited the UCF location. The employee wasn't rude but definitely she definitely should not be the face of the shop. She only had yes or no answers. No information given. I won't be back. Needs to work on customer service

Manager is weird, very uptight and made me feel uncomfortable shopping in the store 🤝🏾 just wanted some candles and he accusing me of fraud for a 5$ purchase
