I come to this location quite often. I always get FREE stuff because of the point system which is cool. But I don't care for one of the employees. For the last 2 years almost everyone that worked there has always treated me well and made my shopping experience great but lately this a heavy set baby face guy working a lot. He's got a soft voice and seems to be nice at first but he doesn't have much knowledge on the products, begins to speak to you in a condescending tone, & makes the shopping experience quite uncomfortable. He sold me a few products and when I asked questions I realized I knew more about the products then he did. Which is ok sometimes not a big issue but because he realizes that as well he's treated me bad every time I come in since then. I came to buy a charger for a device and he insisted I needed a certain one which is false I bought the one I was looking for after letting him know it was all I needed and it's charging my device and working fine like I said. But he insisted I needed a specific device and he was right and blah blah blah False I'm using the off brand one now just fine and I was right he was wrong. That kind of exchange with a customer like myself who's spent at least 2 thousand dollars in this store since I started coming, well frankly that's how you lose a customer. There's tons of smoke shops I went there because of the employees and the point system of course but everyone got point systems now. All the shops. Kind of don't want to spend another dime here. Wheres the girl with the tattoos or the guy with the piercings. They were awesome. This guy that's been there lately has really made my experience here go from great to never again. We've had 3 negative exchanges. He acts nice in a condescending way and I really hope he doesn't do it again because next time he does I will tell him about himself

So I came in to drop a Doordarsh delivery and was overwhelmed with the wonderful aroma as soon as I opened the door. What smelled so good you ask - wild berry incense - if you do t know I promise you need to find them. They are amazing!! But the shop itself was amazing. So many options for those in the "life" 🌲🌲🙂 Stop by and find yourself again and when your there say hi to AWESOME Will!
