I've been shopping here since they opened a few years ago. Today, I go in, pick up 4 items totaling $100, and go pay. The guy at the cashier charges me a different price from the price listed on the products. Him and the manager say they went up on their prices. I explained to them that's fine, but these items say a different price. It's not my fault that y'all never changed your prices on your products. Both the manager and cashier say they can only give me a refund because they can not change the price to the price on the box. So I get the refund. I got home, checked my credit card statement, and noticed they did not refund me the entire amount I paid. I called the store, and they told me "oh that's the credit card fee we charge, and if I want the remaining difference, I need to come back up there." The people working there are crooks. You will never get my business nor anyone I know business. I went to the smoke shop on SW 122nd and S. Dixie highway. Prices are cheaper and the lady there is very polite. I walked out of the smoke shop on SW 122nd and US1, spending $200 and tipping the lady $10. World of smoke and vape, you have a lost a regular customer who has spent a lot of money in your store over these past few years. I'm taking my business to another company who don't treat their customers like trash.

Fabulous staff and location. great novelties items as well. JJ and the boys are helpful and quick when it comes to assistance or just a nice conversation. Reward program is the kicks and giggles. You won’t regret giving your number because the perks add up so rapidly. I go here almost exclusively because they never deliver a bad result.
