I bought a $250.00 hookah from here. Used it one time and the glass dropped and broke when I went to pick it up... The lady said she would order me a new glass that never happened and than put me off for over a month and said she can't order it....Very bad business no type of compensation at all even if she would have offered something off another one... On top of that we gave here a $30.00 tip.....Never ever again...Bad Bad customer service after such a good first impression.....and please tell me what the discount was because it was never discussed between us. I would have been happy with that BUT absolutely nothing was offered, other than false promises to contact me and you never did
