Leaving a 1 star review is too generous. I try to always go in with an open mind, but I am constantly let down. The employees seem to act like the patients are in their way. Like we are inconveniencing them. Like when you ask a simple question, they feel the need to either roll eyes, huff and puff or sometimes even both. For what?? Why are you even working in this industry if a simple small act of kindness is too much to ask? And it's no even anything specific. It's ANY type of communication I try to have with these guys. In my day, this was at least a verbal warning or write up. I guess people are allowed to act however they want. But I wanted to stop in because it's so convenient for me. Trulieve is like a mile away from my home. I know now trying to take that short cut got me no where but rudeness shown towards me. And then they have the AUDACITY to ask for my feedback.

This is the worst true leaf location in the state of Florida. You can place an order and they'll tell you it'll be ready in 5 minutes and you'll still have to wait over half an hour inside. I actually go out of my way to avoid this store.

First of all, there was peepee on the bathroom floor and the restroom itself smelled like a zoo because the toilet hadn’t been flushed for I’m assuming 45 years based off of the smell. The lady up front isn’t used to diversity if you know what I mean and said something about checking our information before checking us in then forgot and now people who have walked in after us are being served before us. Worst location I’ve ever been to by far.

Waited in the store over an hour for an online order pick-up and was never called, left and went to Curaleaf which took me 10 minutes once I got there. Trulieve has poor customer service as well as extremely slow service. I will continue to use Curaleaf.

Unprofessional rude employees that will intentionally hold stuff back from you youll get email saying your order is fulfilled and if its over 25% flower and you want more than 2 you aint getting it its for there friends only. it happends all the time this one and the fernandina one are the worst. Go TO MUV you'll be satisfied. and get what you order.
