Artisan Vapor & CBD Newington
I wrote a review a 2 days ago and now it seems to have disappeared. I went in and bought 3 products. My friend was checking out and I decided I didn't need one of the products. I went to return the product and was told they needed to call a manager. They called the manager on the phone and they decided I couldn't return the item. Keep in mind I never left the store and had only had the item for a few minutes. I was told it was store policy. There were not posted signs telling shoppers what their return policy was. Prices are not displayed and it was strange that they needed to call a manager about a return. Something is shady about this store.

Love the layout of the newington store! Easy to get to, love staying and chatting with the crew a bit. Customer service is above and beyond. Staff is knowledgeable and if they don’t know an answer they’ll take the time to do some research! 10/10 recommend!

Love the newington location! Such a comfy vibe when you walk in, from the layout to the music playing. Store always smells good. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Lila always has patience when I don’t understand something and takes the time to explain it!
