Horrible communication. Currently they have a untrained staff member that schedules appointments and gives out misinformation. When asked to explain why I was given wrong information I was told and I quote "we're training someone new" like that's supposed to make everything better. If they were a reputable business they would have fixed the situation instead of blaming a new employee. I noticed in another review that was negative empathy md tried to claim it was a fake account but I assure you that mine is a real account and what happened to me was factual. Of course I noticed they responded on 6/10/22 making me out to be a horrible person when I was just upset for being treated unprofessionally with excuses and misinformation. I believe anyone would have been upset like myself when treated unprofessionally in the medical field trying to obtain something medically required. I only spoke to one person and not the entire female staff like they claimed. Also they claimed I've been a patient for years which is incorrect since I just got my medical card under 14 months ago. I left the bad review for my overall dreadful experience not just because they wouldn't correct their error. From looking at their review average of 3.2 it looks like I'm not the only unsatisfied patient. Shame on you empathy md for painting a false picture! How much lower can they go? Avoid them like the plague.

Empathy MD created a smooth and easy process to obtain my MMJ, that of similar doctors offices, cannot match the pristine level of patient care I received. Thank You to Dr. Scarlett Frese for her loyalty to her patients and business. I will alway recommended anyone looking for new relief, or even a second chance, to Empathy MD.

I called to make an appointment for an initial screening. The woman gave me an appt the very next day. No one called at all. I called back again and made another appointment for the next day. Again, no one called. I called back and spoke to a very apologetic woman who gave me another appt the following day. She assured me I would receive a call at my scheduled time. Again, NO call!! I called the office again and left a message with a man who said he would pass it along to the office staff and someone would call me back. That was last Thursday! So this happened Mon, Tues, Weds and Thurs!! Still NOTHING!!! Bad way to run a business especially if you’re supposed to “helping” people!!!

Awful just awful. My appointment was canceled 20 minutes before the time while I was on the highway. It was canceled over a text message. They told me they were closed on Mondays. Google says otherwise. They wouldn't work with me and told me I could only do Tuesdays or the first Saturday of the month. Tried to explain my work situation and they would not listen. Your just a number here go somewhere else!
