We pride ourself on providing the purest, highest quality CBD products at the lowest price point, a promise made possible by keeping every step of production in-house. Every ingredient we purchase is organic and all industrial hemp that we process is tested for potency, pesticides and heavy metals. We don't use any CBD in our products unless it has 0ppm or non-detectable amounts of pesticides, and heavy metals.
Excessive marketing emails and poor customer service. If an order doesn't arrive you are made to wait three months before Extract Labs will even consider giving you a credit. Refunds are not provided for missing orders. So if your delivery goes missing you will wait months before being able to get another one again. Inflexible processes, terms and conditions definitely do not support or favour the consumer. Do not recommend.

I’ve been told there is a retail store at their HQ location. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to get in. During weekday hours, the doors are all locked and require a key card. Nobody in sight despite cars in the lot. How do I get in? I walked around the building looking for another entrance then left.

So this is what REAL customer service is like! I'm very excited to have discovered Extract Labs. Not only do they sell a wide range of high quality CBD products at incredible prices, but the staff are extremely knowledgable, patient and kind. I reached out via chat and Liz, the community manager, swooped in to save me! Shipping is is fast and free! I deeply respect this veteran-owned company that gives back to the community.
