Editing for company response: Thanks a lot for your super thoughtful response. I wish you were as accommodating yesterday. However, you forgot to mention that I stopped in the day before and it was your associate that informed me of the $100 credit. I didn’t ask for it. I wasn’t expecting it, so I told him I would be back tomorrow. Luckily for me, the red faced lady that always seems to be upset, stepped in and made sure I would never shop here again. She also recommended me reviewing dispensaries with a one star in the event I need further resolution. So here we are… Original Review: I’m going to have to agree with the other one star reviews here. The service at this location is terrible. They wasted an hour of my time over 2 days due to their own system/employee mistake. However they did offer me a whopping 15% off or aprox $8. Thaaaaanks Selection is decent (price, not so much) but management and staffing are enough of a reason never to visit this location

Been shopping here for nearly 3 years and the last 3 visits the budtenders haven’t greeted me, and they have such annoyed attitudes when they help me that I won’t shop here anymore. They aren’t as helpful as past staff, they don’t know their product, and don’t seem to care about their customers. There have been tons of staff changes recently, but not for the better. I have my med card and I’m disappointed I have to find a new caregiver.

They have a great selection and the prices are reasonable but I was a little taken aback by the attitude of the guy cashing me out. He was barely short of being flat-out rude and when I asked if he was doing OK he said that he was annoyed (I can only assume with me) because they were closing soon (in 25 min). I apologized for any inconvenience and he outright ignored me while he continued to ring me up. Overall not a great experience. As someone who works in the service industry, I have personal experience with his exact vibe but you never let that leak onto your customers let alone tell them you're annoyed and treating them like they are inconvenient. Not sure if I'll be back.

We moved down here about 8 months ago and were so pleased to have found this place! Staff was so nice and product was worth exploring based on that. In time, everything has seemed to decline. As I read through here, I will say, I do go in the evening time and the guys in there are very clearly inconvenienced no matter what time in addition to the 9:45 closures. Being off premise on time is the reason? So maybe just change closing to 9:30 for patrons? if timing is a struggle? We will go anywhere but here!

Super sad about the service I just received at silverstam. Their bud tender was very rude to me, said my Joe's weren't to his satisfaction... Wasn't picking on him. Just trying to come in and see what they had in store. Asked him what their categories were and he said what do you want but I will not be returning there and I hope you guys just find better help. Thanks
