Alex was super friendly and helpful. I've recently discovered this place and every time I'm in there, they have been extremely friendly. The gentleman that runs it is very cool as well. That said, I also have been all over the country to different dispensaries, this may be the best prices I've ever seen.

My last two experiences here at this particular location were negative. They were negative because of 1 employee specifically. The tall middle manager guy that wears glasses. I’ve came here and used my ID hundreds of times no problem. My ID has a slight bend in it. The corner has maybe a 10° degree bend if you go out of your way to notice it. It’s not chipped or cracked. This manager guy checks my ID, accepts it and then proceeds to lecture me about Colorados digital ID system. Bro, you just checked and accepted my ID, you know I’m 37 and you think I’m unaware of the digital ID program? What is the point of you harassing me after you’ve already accepted my ID? This is the type of guy who takes his job way too seriously. He hovered around me while I was making my purchase and made me super uncomfortable. Super poor customer service by this guy in particular. I go back in tonight. The security guard holds my ID up to the light to look for chips and cracks. The security guard sees nothing. I go to make my purchase and apparently manager glasses guy put a note on my file saying that my card is cracked/broken! How bored/discontent with life do you have to be?! All the staff were confused because it was obvious that my ID was acceptable. They’ve all seen my ID before so this was a strange experience for all of us. Fortunately I have my digital ID and have had it for years. It’s just less convenient than pulling a card out of my wallet. I’m at a loss because I normally I really enjoy this store and their customer service but these past two experiences and that guy gave me the ick. With so much great variety around town I’d suggest a different dispensary.

Slowest dispo. I've ever been to, no sense of time management or prioritization. Workers let customers take long periods of time when there are crazy lines. No ability to make the process more efficient, Quebec store is much better

This is hands down one of the worst dispensaries in Denver. Not only are they extremely overpriced with mediocre quality. The employees are trash. Today 2-29-2024 it’s my birthday. A rare occasion which I only see every 4 years. I go into the dispensary and I had to wait because apparently there was a gentleman who wanted the same discount he previously had. All the employees were in front because they “mistakenly” gave him a $74 discount previously. Since I waited and I overheard you all were giving discounts out for god knows what I simply asked. Do you all do birthday discounts, it’s my birthday. The young curly haired boy looked at me said OH NO and pressed on. Theres a way you go about things and that wasn’t it. Your recent reviews show clearly why this dispensary is going the way it is. Shame on you all
