I forgot I wrote the below review over a year ago and then yesterday happened. And I see I never submitted it. Silly me. This is my new review followed by my old. It is not a matter of money, it's a $6 item. That particular $6 item I've been purchasing two every week for months. Yesterday I went back for the same item. Same blond who i assume is in charge because she certainly takes privileges only an owner would take helped me. I said same jokes asked for same item. Yet this time I asked for the tray of them. I noticed some had a price of $11, others $6. I pulled out 2 of the six and commented that inflation hasn't gone up 95% and pulled out 2 with $6 price. Showed her the prices. This young lady literally took the Items out of my hand and told me she was not going to sell them to me for that much because it was a mistake. I asked her why it wasn't mistake every week for the past few months when she sold them to me. She was nasty and cold, flat out was not even going to entertain the idea of giving me the items that they were priced at that I have been purchasing from them for months. I'm not going over how many levels this was wrong on. I am a marketing and customer relations professional. On so many levels on so many reasons it was so wrong. Then she barked rudely to the young lady who is obviously new working there and ordered her to separate them immediately and fix the pricing. Unfortunately for the smoke shop, the people in charge are the only ones who don't realize how bad this business practices. Please tell that little girl to get off of her high horse, and learn customer service. She may feel like a big bad boss inside of that shop, but in the shop I'm the customer. And I'm the boss. Lesson learned. Now I really am not going back. A year ago: Two separate times, I purchased DEFECTIVE product and returned the next day to exchange. Both times I was told NO. but they'll give me a 15% discount on another. I've purchased hundreds of dollars worth of items at this shop over the past several months, but no more. PLUS, the last time I was there, I purchased a glass banger and was told it's ready when the beads inside turned blue. So I tried it and waited for the white beads to turn blue. Banger blew up and hot shards of glass burned large holes on my couch, my rug, wood floor, and MY hands, face and knees I'm over them. Never again! There are WAY too many other shops
