Called to see if they have an item in stock, and the guy wouldn't even tell me. He said I had to come in to answer that question. Mind you I didn't ask for price, just to see if they had it in stock. Super shady! Fair warning. There's a shop about a hundred yards east of their spot, they can actually answer questions. Or any other shop for that matter.

Same experience as David. faulty vapes. Last one worked good for 2 weeks but then flaked out. They blamed it on a leaky cartridge but it’s a quality cbd one… fair enough just give me a new one and tell me what to do for maintenance. Now I have to try to figure out what’s up with the warranty on it. They also said I need to disconnect it when not using for extended periods but I’ve got friends that said they never had to do this. It’s a slender ario vape btw. Maybe a bad vape in the first place but then you have to ask why are they selling it

Went here a bought a smok novo. Was told I had 7 days to return if any issues. Well there was an issue and when I tried to return it I couldn't even get an exchange. It's a good shop for perishable items like tobacco and papers but not great if you want to feel secure about making a big purchase.
