What a great find! Any good business is made by its people but these folks take it next level. Just walking up I felt like old friends with security at the door and Batman was limitless with the good human vibes inside. I didn’t want to end just chilling in the lounge but they found exactly what we needed and kicked off a great night. Thank you!

I've had countless good experiences here. While my mom was receiving treatment for cancer, I sought out the advice of the staff on what products would be best for her in management of some of the treatment symptoms. My mom was generally suspicious of anything weed related but after meeting the kind and knowledgeable staff, she felt much more at ease. She's now recovering well and I continued to use the clean and comfortable lounge they have in the back. The staff here is really excellent, I really appreciate their help, this is my very favorite dispensary ❤️

Terrible experience, do not recommend!! First time I came, I shopped and was ready to check out. I asked for a pen battery from the behind-the-counter to add to my transaction. They agreed to add it to my transaction, and as I'm checking out, I asked if they have any student discounts and they said they do! I was already checked out and completed my transaction, so I said I'd be interested in adding the student discount to my account for next time. I went home and saw they didn't add the pen battery to my transaction and wasn't in my bag. So I walked back to the store to get the battery and they didn't acknowledge forgetting to put it in my order, and didn't say anything about the student discount, kind of annoying but hey no big deal. I got the battery and left. The second time I went there, the security guard was messing with me and insisting my ID was fake (it is very much real!). I shopped and I was ready to check out and remembered to ask about the student discount from last time, and the man ringing me up said he had no idea what I was talking about as their store didn't have student discounts. Hm weird, but hey maybe I was thinking of another store? So he is processing my transaction and ringing me up, and the new credit/debit card system is messing up. He apologizes and I'm watching the credit card machine to make sure theres no silly business. After swiping my card 4 times, the transaction finally goes through. I leave and go home to find I was double charged by looking at my bank app. Almost $200 taken from my bank account... I look in the bag with my items for a receipt and I wasn't given a receipt. Wouldn't any customer want a receipt after their card was swiped 4 times to ensure everything was processed correctly?! I walked back to the dispensary to get this squared away and on their end, I was only charged once. Now, I'm stuck dealing with this mess, with two experiences of poor customer service, mixed messages, and a different story depending on who is working. I used to work in many customer service roles so I give people the benefit of the doubt and am very forgiving, but I'm never shopping here again.
