Customer service is over the top on multiple occasions that I shop here. They have knowledge about their stocks and would recommend products for your needs without trying to up sale. Price is very competitive I start to think they are selling for fun not profit.

Only smoke shop I go to. Everyone who works there is friendly and they do anything that they can to make your experience the best it can be. Mason makes this place the best. Welcoming and has definitely trained this team on how to run a business well. As long as these employees work there, I’ll never go anywhere else. Appreciate yall
