UPDATE: I went back yesterday 02/05/2024. I was hoping to be able to update this review.. Nope! We feel we always get high quality weed here, but the last two times we’ve gone, it’s been 25% THC or less, before that it was always over 30. We get the 3.5g home grown packs. When we first went they were 2 packs for $40 or 1 for $19.99 that’s how it was pitched to us, we got two. Recently we’ve gone in to get one and now it’s $25 for one. For some weed that isn’t even that great. Customer service still sucked when we went in, didn’t ask us any questions was just ready for our money and for us to leave. We will be finding somewhere new to go for sure. I have gone to this dispensary a hand full times, most times it’s pretty friendly. Twice now we have gone and received terrible customer service, don’t have a promotion for two 3.5 gram packs for $40 and only have one hybrid with the lowest level of THC I’ve seen at this place available. We walked out unsatisfied and hoping we didn’t just waste our HARD EARNED money on something we aren’t going to like. Price yourselves in having home grown weed but don’t have enough options. That’s insane, and your sales person was rude as hell, mumbling and acting like he didn’t wanna be there, you work with weed you should be the happiest person in here. We really like this place at first. We will not be coming back. How sad. And being new to San Diego, we were hoping we found our place. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Easy access to freeway and parking. Substantial inventory. Daily discounts depending on product so call first if you’re looking to save $. Highly recommend.

I was so happy with my first experience at Hikei. My Budtender Monica was fabulous, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. It was a great experience. The Security Guard was very professional, the Shop is way cool, plenty of parking. Do yourself a favor and go to Hikei. I found exceptional Bud at great prices.

Live plants growing give Hikei a beautiful, natural smell. The displays are beautiful too. Free stickers! Daily deals, first time customer discount too. Plenty of parking.

Always A Menace

I bought the wrong cartridge, unaware that it’s a different battery for it. Came back, tried to get it refunded or exchange for equal value. Instead got roped in to taking out more cash via atm bc the battery was my only option at this point. Smh also, note: one of the cartridges was sealed still, but according to budtender it was cannot be resold? Idk, it feels like I got scammed into spending more when it was a simple naive error instead like I was taken advantage of, simply because I didn’t know any better on pens/batteries.
