Visited California for a couple of days, and finished off in Barrio Logan, of the SD area. The Harbor Collective shop was super close to where I was staying, and had great reviews, so I decided to check it out. This was my first dispensary experience, and it was nothing but wonderful. Jasmine addressed all of my needs and concerns, while at the same time engaging me in conversation regarding my trip. We picked a distillate inhaler, some chews, and a couple disposable pens. Forgetting cash, and only having my credit card, she even held my items for purchase, untilI was back. My first experience was so great, that I decided to come back one last time, before departing. This time, Angelica helped me pick out some more chewies. Jasmine was also there, and I was able to let her know how everything turned out from my first stop. Again, the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I can't wait to make it back, and check this place out, again!!

I know my review is late to when I first went but here it is.Harbor collective was by far the best and most welcoming dispensary I went to in San Diego the tenders were amazing from the moment I walked in,I went their as my first location on my honeymoon and it sure paid to visit their first thank you everyone that work on February 21st around 1:30pm thank you guys so much and look forward to seeing you guys again on June 19th when I fly back in.

I normally don’t leave written reviews let alone reviews for a 1 star, but when I say this place was the worst, I mean it is the worst. I’m not too sure on her name but the lady at the counter just couldn’t seem to comprehend the request of my husband, he had to go in there no once , not twice but three times and all three times were not a pleasant experiences on the third time I even had to become slightly involved, and still we came out of there with nothing good. I would suggest to go further down behind the del taco to a dispensary called Euphoria they got cheaper goods and better staff ngl

I’m not a person who writes reviews but I’m making an exception since the manager I spoke to was so rude, I’d do less than a star if I could I ordered a half oz and was delivered an 3.5g. no big deal, mistakes happen, so I called and asked if there was anything I can do, spoke to manager and he told me they’d send me a half I asked if I needed to pay or anything he said no I’ll just send it out. So we opened the 3.5g from the night before. But when the driver arrived I was told to swap out the 3.5g to get the half. So I spoke to another manager who was exceptionally rude and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence without interrupting me. Said if I couldn’t swap out the 3.5g I couldn’t get the half, and that’s it. Even though I told him I wasn’t told didn’t make any difference All of this could have been avoided if I was just told to it needed to be a trade. Not to mention it’s illegal in CA to resell a product once it’s left the store, so all in all very poor management and untrustworthy product because who knows where the products have been before it gets to you, shop elsewhere

Store has a good variety going from mildly strong if that's what you like to amazingly strong. Staff was super cool, knowledgeable, and even let me take a few pictures. Good location too close to downtown.
