Great store, they have specials everyday. I like Sunday because it’s buy one get one 40% off. You have to pay with cash or use a debit card they round up I believe to the next ten dollars and they give you the difference in cash as your change. Friendly and helpful staff, and not terribly crowded.

I recently moved from New York, to California …. So, I’m pretty new to the West Coast & the San Diego California culture. My cousin, had recommended that I MUST VISIT COOKIES … So, today was my first time visiting Cookies & I must say I was very impressed with the amount of inventory & options. They had available …. Which, can be a little overwhelming - Lucky, for me I had Tatiana helping me out every step of the way & providing world class customer service… She’s super friendly & very patient and informative. She enlightened me on things that I never knew…. I definitely enjoyed the experience, I’m glad I live right down the road from their location & I look forward to visiting again in the near future …. In store service is great but when it come to operation hours that's another thing. I literally made it 10 minutes before closing and was denied entry into the store! The guard argured with me and then when he was done he told me there wasn't anytime. Don't know what's going on with that but I honestly don't think I'll be shopping here
