The Ounce Dispensary
Trash. I've been coming here regularly since they opened. Today I purchased a cart that right away didn't work with my commonly used 510 battery. Most places will switch a cart out if they don't work within a reasonable amount of time. I returned within 30 minutes of purchase. They made me test the cart on different batteries(it worked on one but not the other) Dude took my receipt and cart back to the manager. Came back and told me they wouldn't switch it out but I could buy another battery at a discount. What a rip dude. This is the first time I had ever tried to return something to this business. They were not cool about this. I've never had this issue when it has come up at other dispensaries. No reason to come back with other places that handle customer service better.

The ounce is the best shop in the valley, they got the best prices and the best loyalty program! I come 3 times a week. Mondays for stiizy deals, Tuesday for CBX deals and Wednesday for the plug n play deals ! Sam V is very kind, helpful, and always helps me out !

Only warm fuzzies to report here.Positive experience all around. Nice to find a place that has bigger quantities!! 👌. Buying by the ounce for us ALL day smokers is a no Brainer. Very friendly peeps both on the phone and in person. Huge parking lot. The 40% discount for first time is just silly good. I'll definitely be using them again.
