Even thought I didn’t receive my package I was still given my money back. Which is great because most companies wouldn’t even give a refund back it would really be “my problem”. This a very respectable company I’ll most definitely attempt a purchase again.

Their customer service is the best. Hands down. Time after time they always go above their way to make me more satisfied than I already am. For example, I picked up my terpene order and asked if they could sale me a vape pen...they literally handed it to me for free, and this is not the first time they do something like this for me. Also, you can shop around in downtown LA for terpenes but I guarantee you they are not of high quality like those supplied by Peak Supply Co. Honestly, for me the customer service and product quality go hand and hand. If I could give them more stars I would, but I hope I can at least show my gratitude to them through this review.
