This place is cool. I got some product from them that wasn’t the best but I called immediately and they put me in touch with a manager who was able to give me a refund. Very dope customer service and it wasn’t their fault that the manufacturer dropped the ball. I still recommend this place just off customer service and them understanding that the product was not up to par. Come here and shop confidentially knowing that you will be taken care of…even if you don’t like the product.

I stopped by today looking for the Uncle Arnies infused Drinks and ended up picking up a Turn Disposable as well. Duan helped me out today, took me right where I needed to go, let me know that I had a little FTP discount, and overall provided 10/10 service. He wasn’t overbearing but was present for any questions I had. Great selection, a lot of familiar brands and overall mellow vibe. Staff including security kept it friendly and professional. Shout out to the whole team! Keep it up OFF THE CHARTS!!!

First time out at a L.A. dispo from Nevada and I really appreciated the experience from start to finish. There was enough product to choose from and familiar brands that I was more than happy to see lower prices ! 😊 Happy wife and mama out the door. Cory and his coworkers are extremely professional. I can’t remember the last time I was treated with such respect at a dispensary. The environment is clean and there’s tons of space, the inventory is spread out through the store to give you a better perspective on what you’re buying. I will be back. Thanks!
