Casey at MMD Dispensary North Hollywood was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Casey was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on flower that I never knew before. She is truly passionate at her position, while treating the patients with the upmost respect and kindness. I’m truly blessed to be a patient at MMD. From the east coast where deliveries aren’t available yet and this was my first dispensary delivery experience. Jeremy was quick, efficient, very polite, and SOOO KIND when I met up with him. He also had a great energy and seems to enjoy his job. Everything with my order from MMD was perfect and I really appreciated the extra goodies. I ordered last night when it was too late for deliveries and they sent my order first thing this morning. The staff who helped me on the phone and Jeremy were all super friendly. A+ 5 star customer service from both MMD and Jeremy! I’ll definitely order again from MMD on future LA trips.
