Been coming here for years ! Finally this morning on 420 ran into my first issue ever the ring up system didn’t give me the correct discounts ( there was a line all the way around the parking lot behind me i was Customer number 15 for the day ) so i naturally Was rushing and didn’t even notice until i got home figured its crazy right now with the sale I’ll call them later . Went to work and called on the way home they said sure we will fix it just bring your receipt up . I ended up getting a really fair deal for the mix up that was technologies fault and I’m more then happy with the resolution of the only issue I’ve ever ran into after years of going here I’d tell anyone to go here best dispensary around hands down staff is always great and the prices and products are awesome ! Thanks again for providing for the community . Sincerely a former dispensary owner . This place goes above and beyond !

Service is mediocre. I love the product, it’s fire !!! But the customer service is hit or miss. Jessica is as sweet as pie and super patient with me I just love her !!! Bock or Burock something like that was his name seemed pretty uninterested in wanting to help me with the strain I got previously and didn’t even bother walking around to see if the same strain existed I asked what percentage the THC was because I needed something that packed a punch and all he said was “ I don’t know I didn’t look at the percentage” with a very low lazy tone…. so I walked away and went straight to Jessica! This is the 3rd time I’ve been treated like the bud tender was uninterested in what I was inquiring about (I won’t say any other names) but I’ve been going through delivery services a lot more then walking into The Grove and been treated a lot better with staff that has full knowledge of supply on hand! I wouldn’t be writing anything if this just happened once or twice but 4th time was a charm for me. I just wish the tenders here were more helpful and seasoned on products and their whereabouts of the item bc in all fairness maybe Bock Or Brock did not know where it was. He just showed me old product with old labels. I called and talked to Joe the manager about it and he said he would address the issue and just said sorry but that’s about all I got. Thanks Jessica for being so patient with me and also empathetic! The supplier Northern emeralds is on point keep doing your thang!!! It hits! The strain is emerald OG packs a major punch if you needed any recommendations.
