This is a really nice dispensary in Arcata and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is well laid out and they have lots to look at including lots of accessories and neat gadgets. Thank you for having what I needed when nobody else in town did! Dem Blueberry Pancakes is so fine 🪴

My favorite shopping spot! I love that they employee people my age! 50+ is all I am saying... we have more aches and pains then those youngsters. Ha ha

Beware. This shop misrepresents their prices. I made a purchase online and received an email with what my total price would be including relevant fees. When I got to the store they tried to charge me an additional $20 for taxes they forgot to add to the total in my email. Sorry, I only got the amount of cash you told me to bring, it's kind of important not to add surprise charges at pick up when dealing with cash. Staff was rude and dismissive after realizing their error. Was going there every week but definitely won't be back again. Edit: Attempted to contact the store and ask for Michael but I was told "Michael isn't here" and that was the end of the conversation. Staff member did not attempt to get my name or contact information to follow up.

Worst customer service nightmare ever. Was a regular customer last year, when there was a younger, hipper staff. Ancient granny at check-in refused my passport for being expired, even though I was in their system as a past customer. I mentioned I had a copy of my valid state ID as my wallet had been pickpocketed in lovely Eureka. She got hostile & made me step out to the sidewalk to dig out the ID, acting like I was a criminal despite the store being empty of customers. Then a desperate looking Yuppie middle aged woman intervened and said my perfectly legible state ID copy can't be used so they can "scan the barcode" & my being a past customer had no relevance. I have no problem if they want to enforce some law, but the immediate hostility & the old crow walking into me to make me back out the door was over the top. I'd guess business is down with alternative stores nearby, why none of the younger staff was around, probably laid off, but who wants budtenders looking like your grandma or mother? Also a wakeup, your visits going right into a state database & since it's still against federal law, opens your phone & property to government wiretapping & surveillance if they like. Making those $50-100 per pound street deals more attractive.
