I bought a vape witch had 7500 puffs it barley even lasted me 3 hours. I thought maybe it was defective but then I bought another vape different brand with 6000 puffs and it lasted the same time and I hardly even used it. No wonder why they offer a free 500 vape with it very disappointing.

Prices are very high and they are not knowledgeable in product. It’s a shame since they are so close to me. I ended up driving to Thousand Oaks to Wild Side Smoke Shop, OMG what a difference on shops

Bought an item that stopped working after 1 day of purchasing it. I went back and asked for refund or a new item - I did get a new item but not after the owner told me: Should I really trust you? Some people drop the stuff and say it doesn't work...also, if you wanted it to work you should of bought the more expensive one! REALLY!! - If you're selling stuff make sure they WORK - it does not matter if the item is $10.99 or $39.99 THEY BOTH HAVE TO WORK FOR MORE THAN 1 DAY. I will never buy from this place as the NEW item I just got yesterday STOOPED WORKING TODAY.

Best price for Juuls I’ve found in the area. I live closer to another shop, but go here for the price and amazing customer service. Sam is always so happy to see my boyfriend and me. He always knows what flavor we want and never runs out of them. He deserves a raise or bonus or something!
