This is for the sunset location only all other vape maven are very much accommodating, friendly and hospitable. This location on Sunset has a lot to be desired. I hope He changes his ways to keep a happy clientele, which he is failing miserably at right now

I always want to give this location a shot but I give up, dude took forever, looked lost and ended up charging for the wrong product but I didn’t want to bother correcting it, just want to get out of there. Other 2 locations have been great though

Very poor customer service. Not well educated in the items for sale. They will sell you broken items! Just right after purchasing, I inspected it and it was broken. Any easy exchange for something that was already damaged from your possession but they say sales are final. Didn’t even get to use what they sold to me. Also not the first time they’ve sold something that was broken but waited a couple years before going back and still the same story, different characters. Poor quality shop that does not need to be on one of the main strips and needs to hire workers with knowledge of the products they are selling. A policy that prevents associates from getting “super high all day in here from Delta 8” would probably help the associates do their jobs better. ANY other shop (gas stations included) is better than this. Trust
