MR.SMOKE Is a family owned and operated business. Our first location opened in Little Rock, AR in 2019. We opened here in Fayetteville by popular demand. We carry all Vape and smoke shop items. We carry full CBD products. 100s of flavors of E-JUICE and Salt Nicotine juice. We carry a large glass variety. If it’s out there we will have it.





Horribly leaky cart and no exchange provided. $30 product leaked out overnight. Granted we did leave the store, but proof of purchase was in the account. They argue that the reason they can’t refund is because we could’ve just brought in a cart from a different purchase but my response to that is that proof of purchases are held in accounts and this was our first experience even buying anything from this store and they would’ve seen it was the recent and our only purchase. I asked if she could call the owner and she stated that he is in Brazil. So I guess just because the owner is in Brazil, he cannot be bothered to know about customer’s questions with the store? Does someone really just let their business go if they’re out of the country? The manager offered $35% off after invalidating that they carry leaky carts. She stated she’s never seen that brand ever leak. Perhaps that’s a personal truth for her, but we couldn’t take up the 35% discount until later that day because we had spent the last $30 we had allocated for that stuff for the moment and it was a complete waste. We got 0 product out of it. When we returned later that night we requested the discount, bought another one, and it also leaked out right in front of them and had to try another one. Until we’re offered a real way to make it right or they make a chance to slightly lighten up their return policy, I couldn’t be bothered to come back.

I’ve come here a couple of times before and had a great experience, but the other day I got a torch here for $30 after having bad luck with two others and asked the girl checking me out if I can return it if the ignition or something breaks. She said yeah, so I got it. Anyways it broke after two nights and so I went back, they wouldn’t let me return it which was fine, I understand return policies. but the girl with the long hair who checked me out straight up lied about ever telling me It’s returnable, which wasn’t cool in my opinion. the guy offered me 50% off a different one if it was “a day and a half” after getting it but it had been 3 days (broke after only two) so he gave me 30% off a different torch. he was fiddling with the one I got before and ended up snapping a piece (in pic), and when I said something he was just like “well it’s unusable anyways” So, not the best experience and probably won’t be coming back. Update: Went back to get the torch (thank you, genuinely) but your nephew was a jerk about it, told me I was taking advantage of his uncle and that leaving a review was crazy. Customer service is definitely lacking.. I feel like I had a legitimate reason to leave a review..

The best people ever!!! My silly butt went into the store 15 minutes before they even opened, obviously unaware, and they still helped me. Very polite. The entire time never even mentioning that they were not open. I got everything I needed, and the service was amazing. Prices were even better will forever be going to Mr. Smoke!

Sells faulty products and refuses to exchange them less than 24 hours from purchase. Go to Vapor Maven right down the street instead.

First time I actually had a good experience at a vape/glass store. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Gave us free koozies, stickers and cup coasters. I really love the fact the store stays open late. Me being a night owl. I recommend this store to everyone!!!
