I bought a 9000 puff raz cactus jack vape. I hit a few times and then entire screen turned white and wouldn’t go off and wouldn’t hit anymore and eventually killed battery. Took the vape back to them put it on charge showed them and they still wouldn’t help. The owner and manager of the store wouldn’t even come speak to me face to face

This place is absolutely amazing. And I have never had a single complaint. Until for the last two days I’ve been trying to get a vape and they’ve closed early two days in a row. I just need to be able to get off on my night shift and get a vape 🤣
